Your MVP, planned by architects, built by AI agents.
Answer four plain-language questions about your idea. An experienced software architect turns them into a proper plan, and your own Forward Deployed Engineer builds it with a team of AI agents. No technical questions for you, and nothing to rebuild when you grow.
Describing your idea is free. You get a drafted plan straight away.
Why prompt-to-app tools stall
AI app builders are great for a quick prototype. But they hand the hard decisions to you, then build on whatever you answered.
Technical questions you shouldn’t have to answer
Which database? Which sign-in? How should it scale? A guess today becomes the foundation of everything built on top.
Fix one thing, break another
Without a plan, each prompt patches the last one. Every retry burns more tokens and the app drifts further from what you meant.
Start again when it’s time to grow
The prototype that impressed investors can’t carry real users, so the serious version is rebuilt from scratch.
We ask about your business, never your tech stack. Architects make the technical calls before anything is built, so the first version is already the right foundation.
How it works
Four steps from idea to a working product, with your approval at every stage that matters.

Tell us about your idea
Answer four questions in plain language: your idea, who it’s for, who you compete with, and what must be different. About ten minutes.
- Sheet 2 of 4
Approve your blueprint
Our planner researches your competitors and drafts the full spec while you watch. You approve it, or tell it what to change.
- Sheet 3 of 4
An architect plans the build
An experienced architect reviews your spec and agrees a build plan with your engineer. Nothing is built until the plan is right.

Try your MVP
Your engineer and the AI agents build it. You get a private link to try it with real users, then carry on to the full product.
Why architects first
| Question | AI app builders | AxonWave |
|---|---|---|
| Who answers the technical questions | You, often without knowing the trade-offs | An experienced architect |
| When the architecture is decided | Rarely: the code grows prompt by prompt | Day one, in a plan you approve |
| When you want to scale | Often a rebuild | Continue from the same codebase |
| What it costs | Hard to predict: every retry burns tokens | Agreed up front, from an approved plan |
| Who is accountable | You are | A named engineer who owns delivery |
Your Forward Deployed Engineer
One named engineer stays with your product from the plan to launch. They lead a team of AI agents, so you get the speed of AI with a person accountable for every decision.
Your engineer owns
- The build plan and every technical decision
- Reviewing each change the agents make
- Security, data protection and testing
- Talking to you, in plain language
The agents handle
- Screens and APIs, written from the plan
- Tests for every feature
- Documentation that stays current
- Repetitive changes across the codebase
An MVP that grows into your product
Because the architecture is planned from day one, your MVP is the first version of the real thing. When you decide to go ahead, we keep building on it. Nothing gets thrown away.
- A private code repository
- Real, readable code, not a locked-in builder project.
- Tests and automated checks
- Every change is tested before it reaches your preview.
- Infrastructure as code
- The same setup that runs your MVP runs the full product.
- The architect’s plan
- The decisions behind your product, written down for whoever builds next.
What you can build
- A new product idea
- Test it with real users before you raise or hire.
- An internal tool
- Replace the spreadsheet your team has outgrown.
- A customer portal
- Bookings, orders or accounts, with sign-in for your customers.
- Workflow automation
- Take the copy-and-paste out of a process you run every day.
- AI in your product
- Add an assistant, search or summaries to what you already have.
Questions
Is describing my idea free?
Yes. Answering the questions and getting your drafted plan costs nothing. If you’d like us to build it, we send you a quote once an architect has reviewed the plan.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We only ask about your business: what you’re building, who it’s for and what makes it different. The technical decisions are our job.
How long until I see something?
You see a drafted plan within minutes of answering the questions. Once the plan is approved, your engineer builds the MVP and you get a private preview link to try it.
Who owns the code?
You own the repository and everything in it. Your MVP is built in its own private repository, and the code is yours when you continue with the full product.
What happens to my data?
Your details and your idea are personal data under UK GDPR. We use them only to plan and build your product, and you can download or delete them at any time from your account.
What technology do you use?
Whatever fits your product, chosen by your architect. Our standard foundation is a modern web stack with a Postgres database, automated tests and infrastructure as code.
What do you want to build?
Four questions, about ten minutes, and you’ll see your plan.
